Withdrawal and refund regulations
Due to the postponement of the WSF World Squash Masters Championships for next year, we are now presenting the possibilities for those who already entered the competition.
First we would like to thank you for your patience.
If only possible, we encourage you not to withdraw from the WSF World Masters, we do hope to meet you the next year in World biggest squash club! for the World Masters 2021.
Please find the presented possibilities:
1. If not deleted, as stated in the 3rd point, your entry will be automatically be copied for WSF World Masters 2021.
2. Stay with us, keep your entry for next year and get 5% bonus in voucher to be used in HLV during the event in 2021 (5% from your total payment).
3. Due to the change of dates the players have the right to withdraw at no cost and get a 100% refund. The request to withdraw with full refund should be submitted by 14th June 2020.
If you decide to withdraw follow standard procedures:
– by selecting the „withdraw” option in the Club Locker the player is automatically removed from the event, purchased functions and add-ones.
– by sending a withdrawal request to squash_masters@hastalavista.pl, the player will be removed from the event purchased functions and add-ones. upon receipt of the confirmation form the host.The refund will be transferes by the deadline indicated below.
4. According to the Polish Law, 100% refunds will be made within 180 days of submitting the request.
5. All entries submitted after June 14th will be treated as new and subject to standard regulations. Entries will be re-opened when the new date is set.
Please note that 75% refund will be made from 15th June up to the new closing date – July 2021 – you will have plenty of time to decide.
6. If any of the additional functions / services were not be organised as planned we will inform you and propose refund or replacements.
1. Zgłoszenia z 2020 r. zostaną automatycznie przeniesione na 2021 r. , jeżeli nie zostaną wycofane przez zawodnika, zgodnie z punktem 3.
2 Utrzymując swój udział w turnieju zawodnik otrzymuje bonus o wartości 5% opłat, za turniej i imprezy towarzyszące, w postaci vouchera do wykorzystanie w trakcie turnieju, na usługi w świadczone przez Hasta la Vista.
3. Z uwagi na zmianę daty turnieju zawodnik ma prawo do wycofania udziału i zwrotu 100% opłaty, chęć bezkosztowego wycofania należy zgłosić do dnia 14 czerwca, postępując zgodnie ze standardowymi procedurami.
– wybierając opcję „withdraw” w systemie Club Locker zawodnik jest automatycznie wypisany z turnieju oraz wykupionych imprez towarzyszących,
– wysyłając prośbę o wycofanie na maila squash_masters@hastalavista.pl zawodnik zostaje wypisany, z turniej i wykupionych imprez towarzyszących, po otrzymaniu potwierdzenie przyjęcia wniosku.
Zwrot zostanie wypłacony we wskazanym poniżej terminie,
4. Zgodnie z polskim prawem zwroty 100% będą wykonywane w terminie do 180 dni od daty wpłynięcia wniosku.
5. Od 15 czerwca utrzymane zapisy są traktowane jako nowe i podlegają standardowym regulacjom. Zapisy będą ponownie otwarte to ustaleniu daty Mistrzostw w 2021 r.
Nowe zgłoszenia będą przyjmowane do lipca 2021, do tego czasu zawodnicy będą mieli możliwość wycofania się z turnieju i otrzymania 75% zwrotu.
6. Gdyby któraś z usług towarzyszących mistrzostwom nie mogła być zrealizowana zgodnie z pierwotną ofertą, poinformujemy o tym i zaproponujemy zwrot kosztów lub zamiennik.
